Community Corrections

The Boone County Residential Facility is housed in the Ern K. Hudson Justice Building located at 1905 Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon, Indiana.  Persons eligible for the program include misdemeanor and felony convictions with more than thirty (30) actual days executed sentence. Participants will receive credit for good time while participating in work release.

All participants will sign a 4th Amendment Waiver which is valid throughout their commitment.

The residential facility does not accept participants pre-trial.

Each person must be pre-screened for appropriateness to the program.  Employment must be verifiable and employers will be contacted.   The fee for a pre-screen is $25.00.  The pre-screen referral form is to be submitted to Boone County Community Corrections by the Attorney of Record unless pro se.

The cost is $20 per day.  There is a $140 administrative fee and $50 hygiene pack fee that are due at intake.

You are responsible for your own medical, dental and vision expenses while on the program. While in the facility, food is available for a fee through commissary or the jail kitchen.  Transportation to and from work is also the responsibility of the participant.

Each participant must be pre-screened. Your attorney will need to fill out the referral request form to start the process.
