PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposal/Qualifications. Boone County Commissioners are requesting Statements of Proposal/Qualifications from interested professionals for Design Services of the Boone County Key Bank Renovation project, located at 127 W. Main St., Lebanon, IN 46052. In accordance with IC 4-13.6-5-8, Boone County, Indiana, invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications, to provide design services for the above referenced project. An electronic PDF of the Statement of Proposal/Qualifications should be emailed to Max Mendenhall, Director of Capital Investments, at mmendenhall@co.boone.in.us and Matthew Mason, Owner Representative at mmason@veridusadvisors.comby 3:00 pm EST on Friday, October 9th, 2026 in order to be considered.
