2026 Lease of county-owned farm ground located in Boone County, Indiana.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Boone County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties for the lease of county-owned farm ground located in Boone County, Indiana.
The lease is anticipated to be for one crop year, commencing November 1, 2026 and ending November 1, 2027, subject to approval of a final written lease agreement by the Boone County Board of Commissioners.
Sealed proposals must be clearly marked “Farm Ground Lease Proposal” and delivered to: Boone County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Nick Parr, 127 W. Main St., Suite 400, Lebanon, Indiana 46052.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on September 18, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline may not be considered.

The Boone County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, negotiate final lease terms, and take any action determined to be in the best interest of Boone County.
