Pre-trial Supervision as Condition of Bond

BCCC provides supervision of Defendants released on bond under specific conditions as ordered by the Court. Often the Defendant’s bond is reduced as long as the Defendant agrees to abide by the conditions of release.

Defendants must report in person to the BCCC office with in 24 hours of their release from jail in order to begin the supervision process.  Failure to report could result in immediate return to incarceration.

Weekly Reporting

Drug Testing

GPS Monitoring

Fees:

$50   Misdemeanor

$100 Felony

Defendants must pay for all drug screens
