What we do
All activities described below, are conducted primarily in Boone County, Indiana
Mental Health Education / Intervention
- Drug and Alcohol advocacy (As needed)
- Referral and resource services (as follows)
- Therapeutic Service/Testing (by appointment)
- Behavior modification
- CBT
- PTSD Treatment
- Rehab location and facilitation
- Before- and After-School Enrichment (BASE); Child care daily 360 days per year
- Young Scholars Preparatory Pre-K
- “Helping Children Through Divorce” class – Monthly class by court order
- Best Foot Forward for Families – Co-Parenting education for divorce or intact families
- Parenting Coordination (Court Ordered conflict resolution program)
- Free Mental Health Screenings – Free as needed- Also offered in quarterly groups
- QPR – Suicide prevention
- Homeless relocation assistance – as called upon by law enforcement
- Active Listening- as needed
- Supervised Parenting Time as per court order
- Local and National Resource and referral center- Operational daily
- Domestic violence prevention and education, Emergency alternative housing and crisis line- 24/7
- Crisis intervention and stabilization – 24/7
School Curriculum
- Suicide Prevention Program – as called upon
- Crisis Intervention-Coping Skills – as called upon
- Drug Awareness- as called upon
- Every 15 minutes in conjunction with LHS and WEBO every 2 years
- IEP advocacy – as called upon
- Family/School liaison- as called upon

- BASE: Providing Before- and After-School Enrichment Care for over 30 years
- Helping Hands Domestic Violence Shelter: Emergency shelter and services for DV victims and families since 2005
- Parenting Coordination: Court-ordered high-conflict intervention for divorced families
- Helping Children Cope with Divorce: Court-mandated curriculum for Boone County
