Indiana County Recorder’s Fee Schedule

ATTENTION: Always send a self-addressed stamped envelope with all recordings so documents can be returned in a timely manner.

Mortgages (including Subordinate Mortgages) and re-recorded morgages	$55
Deeds, UCCand all other instruments, including re-recorded instruments (fee includes 1 oversize page)	$25
Additional pages exceeding 8.5″x14″ within any document shall be charged	$5
Mechanic’s Lien including one mail out	$25
Each additional mail out	$2
For counties acception multiple transaction documents (aka blanket documents)	$25
Plus for each additional cross reference after the first	$7/ea
Copies 11″x17″ or smaller per page	$1
Copies larger than 11″x17″ per page	$5
Certification of Document	$5
