District 3 Council Member

Kevin Van Horn is a current County Council Member and sits on the Council as the District 3 member which is made up of precincts in center township.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the Indiana University School of Education and currently works at the Indianapolis Electrical Training Center.  He also serves as the Entertainment Director for The Back to the Fifties Festival Board, is a Member of Center Stage Community Theater in Lebanon, and The Westfield Playhouse.  Kevin also serves as an Elder at First Community Church of Lebanon and is member and past president of the Lebanon Elks Club.

He enjoys performing on stage at the community theaters and enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
