About Us

Human Resources plans, implements, and coordinates personnel policies and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. They assist with issues related to:

  • New personnel
  • Establishing and coordinating personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining job classification systems
  • Assisting with benefit programs
  • Mediating employee problem resolution
