Boone County Commissioners Statement
BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (October 26, 2022) — The Boone County Commissioners provided the following statement on Wednesday afternoon regarding the proposed development by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) northwest of Lebanon.
“The Commissioners are aware of the concerns of the Boone County Preservation Group (BCPG), and we have been meeting with them regularly along with our consultants. We continue to work on drafting a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to address issues related to the design and development of the proposed LEAP project (Limitless Exploration/Advanced Pace).”
