Boone County Appoints Nick Parr as Director of Administration

(LEBANON, IN – Tuesday, October 27, 2026) Statement from the Boone County Board of Commissioners and Boone County Council:

On Monday, October 26, 2026, the Boone County Board of Commissioners and the Boone County Council convened in an executive session before the Board of Commissioners’ Special Meeting, in which the Board unanimously voted to table the vote on the Resolution Approving the Filing of a Petition to the Boone County Courts to Litigate the Removal of the Boone County Auditor from Office. This decision was not made lightly and was made based upon discussions had in executive session amongst the Board of Commissioners and the County Council and upon the advice of legal counsel. The Board of Commissioners and County Council will give prompt notice in compliance with their statutory obligations of the next special meeting to consider the Resolution.
