Wabash Valley Volunteer Attorneys (WVVA) 


Wabash Valley Volunteer Attorneys (WVVA) is a merged organization between former Indiana District 4 Pro Bono Corporation (District D) and Wabash Valley Volunteer Attorneys (District E) of the Pro Bono Administration. WVVA’s service area outlines a total of 19 surrounding counties, as follows: Benton, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Fulton, Grant, Howard, Miami, Montgomery, Parke, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Wabash, Warren, and White.

The Legal Clinic offers services to indigent, low-income families whose total household income is 125% of the poverty level (based on LSC standards). Services available for qualified applicants include but are not limited to:


  1. have his or her pro se paperwork reviewed by an attorney onsite, ensuring it is filled out correctly;
  2. assist with accessing correct pro se forms if qualified to file pro se;
  3. provide general answers to civil legal questions or provide alternative resources if available;
  4. place applicant with a private attorney who accepts the case pro bono; etc.
