Adult Probation

The Boone County Probation Department is responsible for the supervision of sex offenders that are ordered to serve probation.   In our supervision we ensure public safety, compliance with terms of probation, and rehabilitation of the offender.

Sex offender counseling is typically referred to be completed through Integrative Wellness, LLC in Lebanon,

Other resources are available for offenders residing outside of Boone County.

Typically sex offenders on probation complete periodic polygraph examinations to ensure compliance with terms of probation, these exams are referred to be completed with local polygrapher,  Dave Scott – 765-978-0359.

Usually, but not always, sex offenders on probation must register with the Sex Offender Registry maintained by their county of residence Sheriff’s Department.
