Sales Disclosures with a conveyance date in 2009 still must be entered on the State website before we can approve them. There is a link to the State Sales Disclosure Application at the bottom of this page.
Please note that the State website requires that you enter the 18 digit State parcel number and there is a search option for this number. When entering a new Sales Disclosure on the website, there is a small blue link titled "lookup tool" right above the "Add a Parcel" button.
Sales Disclosures with a conveyance date in 2010 and forward are not required to be entered on the State website. In the next section is a link to a blank Sales Disclosure Form. Please follow this link, enter your data, print a copy and then gather your signatures. Please make sure the County parcel number is on the form when you bring it to the Assessor's Office.
