 Property Record Cards have been updated with the new 11 pay 12 assessments as of August 3, 2011. 

Please note that if you had a successful 10 pay 11 appeal, the changes may not show on the 11 pay 12 PRC.

 To search for sales disclosures from July 1, 2008 forward, please go to the State website.  There is a link to the

State Sales Disclosure Application at the bottom of this page. 

You can search for sales disclosures from 2010 and forward on this website.  Just follow the GIS/PRC

website instructions below.  There is a sales disclosure button located next to the PRC button after you have

searched for a property.

Hours of Operation:  8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, except holidays

We take phone calls from 8:00 am - 10:00 am daily.

We have a public terminal in our office from which you can access property record cards, mapping, sales

disclosures, and property information.

Property Record Cards cost 20 cents each and sales disclosures cost 10 cents per page.
